I can be kind of demanding and difficult I think and my lender process was terrible but she handled everything just fine and kept the sellers in the game for me! She made the process very easy and she is such a sweet person. Have and will recommend her to everyone.

We were out-of-state buyers (TX) looking to buy a home during the early pandemic travel restrictions (spring 2020) and she went above and beyond to make sure that we found a home. We bought a house sight unseen with Susan as our eyes and ears and are so thankful.When we arrived in town with only a huge moving truck, she offered to shuttle us to the grocery store following our closing to make sure we had groceries until our cars arrived from Texas. We were brand new to the area (I had never been to North Augusta) and she made us feel welcomed and supported. We consider ourselves indebted to Susan and are so thankful for her help.
